Custom Steel Door Diagram
STC 47 Doors Now Available with 2 Week Lead Time!

Acoustical Solutions now offers STC 47 Custom Steel Doors with a 2-3 week lead time. They are sold as a complete unit only, and they include a frame, door and acoustical seals. The acoustical seals will be drop shipped and not factory installed. They will include a threshold, automatic door bottom, acoustical door jambs and cam lift hinges. Customer need only supply the lock and closer.

Door Frame: 14 gauge cased open
Door: 14 gauge, vertically steel stiffened, seamless edge
Standard weight for 3'-0" x 7'-0" door is 380lbs

STC 47: Single Door

  • No UL Label
  • Standard size 3'-0" x 7'-0"
  • Max size 3'-0" x 8'-0" or 3'-6" x 7'-0"

STC 47: Single Door

  • With UL Label 1 1/2 Hour
  • 3'-0" x 7'-0" Max size

STC 41: Single Door with Window

  • 3" x 33" exposed glass or
  • 10" diameter round

STC 38: Double Door or Pair of Doors

  • Provided with double astragals
  • Standard sizes 8'-0" x 7'-0" or 7'-2" x 8'-0"

Standard Hardware Finish

  • Clear Anodized Aluminum
  • All doors and frames are primer finished
  • All cam lift hinges are stainless steel
