Acoustical Threshold

This acoustical door threshold, commonly referred to as a saddle, features a neoprene bulb fitted with a protruding rubber finger to help correct any misalignment in the door as it is closed. This sound rated threshold should be combined with our automatic door bottoms for best results.

Use the door threshold #564A for doors with a gap from the bottom of the door to the floor measuring ½" or less. For doors with a gap of ½" up to 7/8" you would use the higher door threshold, model #565A.
