WhisperMat is a sound blocking material specifically designed to achieve maximum attenuation over a broad frequency range. WhisperMat combines dense, limp, flexible sound barrier with a foam decoupler for a total noise control system. It is comprised of two layers, a layer of foam to act as a decoupler and a 1/8", 1 pound per square foot vinyl sound blocking material. WhisperMat is a very versatile product that can be used in a number os settings and can fit most OEM and in-plant applications. WhisperMat is available with various foam thicknesses, various barrier weights and a variety of facings. It is available by the sheet, linear foot, roll or die-cut to customer specifications. There is also an option for PSA (Pressure Sensitive / Peel and Stick adhesive) backing.
