AlphaSorb Fabric Wrapped Baffles are available in three basic styles. All baffles are standard 4' x 2' with 2 grommets along one 2' side for hanging. The baffles are available in a wide variety of facing materials.

Our most economical fabric wrapped baffle consists of a 1 1/2" thick 2lb or 3lb semi-rigid fiberglass core placed into a sewn "bag." The bag may be made of Ripstop Nylon, Guilford of Maine Fabric, Webcore Vinyls, or a customer specified fabric. The edges are sewn and natural. The grommets are installed in the body of the baffle.

Acoustical Solutions' tabbed baffle offers the same facing options as listed above. Additionally, the core is available in 1", 1 1/2" or 2" thicknesses and 2lb, 3lb or 6lb densities. The edges can be natural, mitered, radius or square, depending on the core material. The grommets are installed in a tab running along the top of the baffle.

Our company also offers a baffle with a "crisp" corner. This baffle is available in all of the same facing materials as the other baffles. However, it has a 6lb core and may either be 1" or 2" thick. The edges can be natural, beveled, mitered, radius or square. These baffles can be mounted using shoulder grommets, brackets or eye hooks.
