AlphaPerf Metal Clouds are used primarily as sound absorbers in potentially noisy environments such as gymnasiums, swimming pools, pump rooms and industrial fabrication work areas. They are also suitable as finished panels in offices, conference rooms and ceiing installations. AlphaPerf Metal Clouds can be manufactured in aluminum to be used in high humidity areas such as swimming pools or outside to control sound in areas such as performing arts amphitheaters.

AlphaPerf Metal Clouds are modular units designed for noise control in industrial and architectural environments. The panels consist of a perforated metal frame surrounding an encapsulated acoustical absorbing fiberglass. The perforated metal skin allows sound waves to enter the absorbing material where a portion is transformed from sound energy to other forms of energy.
