Multipurpose rooms are great for all types of gatherings. However, many have not been acoustically treated, and because of this have serious usage problems. A great example of this was a VA fishermen's museum. Reedville Mariner Museum was experiencing too much noise during their weekly 'Cocktails on the Creek' Social gathering. The multi function room is a great space for gatherings...large enough to exhibit various types of art work and to accommodate a large group, the only problem was having conversations was difficult due to the severe sound reverberation. 24 April 08 - 15:54AudioSeal Sound Barrier integrated into fiberglass buildings

I have a customer whose business builds fiberglass buildings for just about any industrial application, but needed to produce one with a high stc value for a client with a piece of very loud machinery. We talked about his options and ended up with integrating two layers of AudioSeal Sound Barrier into the walls and ceiling of his building. I sent him some of the material for an initial bonding test and it worked perfectly. Click to read more and see the pictures! (more)
