Automatic Door Bottom: #366 - Semi-Mortised Version

Our automatic door bottom #366 is designed to be semi-mortised into the door itself.  It utilizes a flat spring mechanism, which activates when the door is closed, lowering a neoprene seal insert against the floor or saddle.  The seal then drops in a scissors like motion ensuring a smooth drop without drag for a tight seal, even on an uneven floor.  The seal reacts automatically as the door is opened.

• Can be field cut up to 2 1/2" from a stock length or ordered at no extra cost cut to length
• Reversible - same door bottom is used for left or right-handed doors
