Our automatic door bottom #369 is designed to be mortised into the door itself or to be concealed within the door cavity.  It utilizes a flat spring mechanism, which activates when the door is closed, lowering a neoprene seal insert against the floor or saddle.  The seal then drops in a scissors like motion ensuring a smooth drop without drag for a right seal, even on an uneven floor.  The seal reacts automatically as the door is opened.
