Product Questions & Comments (2 items)

  • Are your AlphaSorb High Impact Wall Panels finished on all four edges and the two sides? Can they be used as an acoustical above counter divider between work stations in a 1 5/8" thick X 24" wide X an 80" height. The base we would want to mount with something similar to a "T" slot hidden anchor and the ceiling is acoustical 2' x 2' suspended system. What do you recommend?

  • Pete - Our AlphaSorb Panels are not normally finished on all sides (only the front and edges).  We can, however, very easily finish all the sides for you so the panels could work as dividers between work spaces.  There are a number of options, including adding a vinyl sound barrier to panels in order to block noise, that one of our sales people can speak with you about to ensure you get the best possible solution.

I would suggest calling us at 800.782.5742 or 804.346.8350 and asking to speak with a sales representative.  We have a whole team waiting to work with folks with questions just like yours.

In the mean time, you can read a case study we have written that is somewhat similar to your application here:
