Acoustical Solutions Celebrates New Lower Drum Shield and Vocal Booth Prices With Drum Shield Giveaway (04-13-2011)

RICHMOND, VA (April 13, 2011) - Acoustical Solutions, Inc., a leading supplier of soundproofing and noise control products, today announced it has drastically reduced prices on its ClearSonic brand product line. 

The company is celebrating by giving away a free drum shield via a Facebook Contest.

Products included in the price reduction are ClearSonic Drum Shields, ClearSonic Voice-over Booths and ClearSonic Panels, which can be used to shield sound coming from drums or amplifiers.

"These price reductions are a huge advantage for musicians because the products are as high-quality as they've ever been, only now they're a lot less expensive," said Dave Ingersoll, national sales manager at Acoustical Solutions.

New prices vary by product and size, but are up to 26% lower than previous prices.  One example is a sectioned 4-foot-by-10-foot ClearSonic Panel that has dropped from $510 to $378.

The contest will require those interested in winning the free drum shield to submit a video (4/18/11 - 4/22/11) to Acoustical Solutions' Facebook contest page showing either musical ability or a need for a drum shield.  Videos can include single drummers/percussionists or full bands and will be voted on by the public (4/25/11 - 5/1/11) to determine a winner.           

The winner will receive a 5'6" x 10' (5 Section) Drum Shield.
