Impaling Pins

 

Impaling Pins are steel spindles with corrosion resistant coating. The base plate is 2" square and is made of galvanized steel with a pre-applied, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) protected by a release paper. Standard lengths are 3/4" and 1 5/8".

The 3/4" pins are to be used with 1" panels or boards and the 1 5/8" pins are to be used with the 2" panels or boards.

Application of impaling pins is quick and simple. Peel away the release paper, position the hanger and press firmly onto the surface. That's all there is to it. The pins are quickly installed and hold the panel in place while adhesive dries. The most important feature is the time you will save.

Impaling pins are designed to be applied only to clean, dry, smmooth, non-porous surfaces.

**Please Note: When hanging acoustical panels and boards with this impaling pin, the use of standard construction adhesive is required. The impaling pin is only there to hold the panels or boards in place while the adhesive sets.
